13th Annual Exhibition

With a reputation for its high standard and fresh contemporary work, artworks seeks to excite and inspire with its new work in a wide range of media by 30 of East Anglia’s leading artists. Filling the Barn with paintings, prints, sculpture and installation art, this is not only an opportunity to feast the senses but a great opportunity to indulge in a wide variety of excellent original art. All the work in the exhibition is for sale.

There is also a well-stocked SHOP selling a good range of framed and mounted original prints, paintings, smaller 3D works and an excellent selection of our artists’ cards.

To further enhance your visit, there will be daily time-tabled DEMONSTRATIONS by artworks’ artists providing insights into various aspects of painting, printmaking and sculpture.   

Now an annual event, the ever-popular Janette Place Mini Artworks Prize Drawwill, once again, offer thirty stunning prizes of mounted 6”x6” original works of art specially created by artworks’artists. The proceeds fund our work with schools with a proportion going to a local charity. The draw will take place at the Barn at 4 pm on TBC September.

Coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks available in the artworks café throughout the exhibition.

Artists Making an Exhibition of Themselves

Tickets: Adults £3 at the door; students and under 16s free

Our very popular evening event when artworks’ artists set up temporary ‘studios’ in front of their work at the artworks exhibition. Visitors will be able to discover at first hand more about different techniques and media and find out how artists approach their work.

This is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and embark on a voyage of artistic discovery.
