Wheelchair users: Reservable spaces for wheelchairs are available in price bands B and C.

Party bookings: Discounts for parties of ten or more of 10%, subject to availability.

Buffet tickets: £18 per person. Suppers after the concerts must be ordered through the Theatre Royal Box Office. From 1 May 2010 menus can be found at the bottom of each concert's page.

Refunds: Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded except in the case of a cancelled performance.

Returns & resales: In the case of a sold-out event, any tickets returned for resale on the day of the performance will be available for sale on the door 45 minutes before the start of the performance.
