Crafts at Blackthorpe Barn goes online1 October – 22 December 2020 Due to Covid-19, the CRAFTS EVENT IS CANCELLED. We have created a virtual online event featuring many of our makers where you can still buy their work. Virtual Crafts is up and running - a wonderful selection of some of our favourite regulars and also new faces who have joined us this year. For handmade gifts and goodies, made with care and love, visit the shop now by clicking the button below.
Now, in its 29th year, Crafts at Blackthorpe Barn will be a little different this year, with a new way of experiencing the lovely Christmas wonders, as it will all be going online. During the pandemic, events as crowded as our fantastic Crafts at Blackthorpe Barn, become impossible to run safely, and as safety is our number one priority, we have in the end had no choice but to take this route. We hope to all be safely back in the beautiful Blackthorpe Barn again next year for our 30th anniversary! Our Crafts event will be accessible to all via our usual website, which has been enhanced to allow visitors to explore the work of all our wonderful makers. From 1st October, they will all be featured on our website, with detailed images of their work, which can be ordered for delivery to your home by first-class courier, or some hard to send pieces can be collected from the Blackthorpe Barn itself. Every piece is hand-crafted, making each item truly unique and a genuine one-off. All are made by crafts makers living in the United Kingdom and have been selected by a very strict vetting process, to ensure that the standard of work that we have come to expect is always maintained. There are also several exciting new faces to discover this year. This virtual Crafts event will be open 24 hours per day from 1st October giving lots of time to look around and as there will be offers changing weekly, there is every reason to keep visiting us as we approach the festive season!
