Allow extra time for your journey

Sow Lane is closed. From Cambridge/Bury St Edmunds you can exit on Junction 45 to reach Blackthorpe Barn.

Blackthorpe Barn wishes to apologise for all the inconvenience caused by these roadworks. They are however matters beyond our control. They are scheduled to be finished by July 2017.

Blackthorpe Barn is situated just off Junction 45 of the A14 three miles east of Bury St Edmunds, in the village of Rougham. Most events are clearly signed by the AA, from the main A14 road. In addition the Blackthorpe Barn's own black and white signs direct visitors from local roads. (Sat Nav IP30 9HZ)

Please take a look at the detailed map in gallery.

We have ample space to park 350 cars on hard surface and within easy walking distance of the barn. During the British Crafts events and for those in 4x4s have the option to park on the field nearby.
