2. Judith Ellis

Each of the one day workshops teaches a binding that can be done at home without the use of any specialised equipment. They can be used for the rebinding of existing books or the making of new books, and all lend themselves to the more creative use of materials.

I regularly run 1 day workshops from my studio in Norwich, teaching modern hand-embroidery techniques, and how to make one of my beautiful hand-made bags for you to take away at the end of the session.

I also run a weekly 'Stitch-Club!' every Wednesday evening...the new creative hip place to be for modern hand-embroidery & embellishment! You can come and create your very own beautiful piece of work, at your own pace, all in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. All equipment is provided, you just need to book your place, and come along and get creative!

6. Sticky Paws

Felting Courses are available in Nuno Felting, Cobweb Felting, Nuno Resist Felting, Resist Felting using a balloon and Lattice/Lace Felting. These courses usually take place in Shottisham, Suffolk and include all the materials needed to make a beautiful piece of felt. Fancy having a go at feltmaking then give it a try. Individual or group tuition is available. Previous experience includes, Adult classes, Working in schools (primary through to 6th form), Brownies, Cambridge University summer play scheme.

As well as making jewellery I also show people how to make their own. I run a course in a lovely old house in the country where you stay for the weekend and create your very own ring. I also teach adult evening classes in the Cambridge area.
