Summer Music ticket sales at record levels

Tickets for International Summer Music at Blackthorpe Barn went on sale at the Theatre Royal in Bury St Edmunds on Friday 20 February and within three days a third of all the tickets had already been sold. This spectacular thatched barn in Rougham, just outside Bury St Edmunds has been hosting these famous July concerts for more than fifteen years.

Concert organiser George Agnew said:
‘I am thrilled at the way the tickets for International Summer Music are selling this year. They have broken all previous records. We have a fantastic line-up of artists for the six-concert festival. Each of them has a huge international reputation and we are very lucky to get them to visit us at Blackthorpe Barn. I would recommend that everyone who is interested in coming this fantastic concert series should book very soon if they want to avoid disappointment.’
