Come and restore, refresh and reconnect with your body and mind, here at Rougham Estate.
A full day retreat including woodland walk, yoga, sauna, cold plunge and sound bath, all in the gorgeous Suffolk countryside.
The walks around the Estate are open all the time. Come and take a stroll around the Estate with walks of various lengths. Please keep dogs on leads.
Please note the Blackthorpe Barn car park is only open when the Café is open.
