Rose Dickinson Ceramics

Ceramics: A unique collection of handbuilt porcelain ware which is decorative and functional including a wide range of domestic ware, brooches, buttons and clocks

Rose Dickinson work is inspired by her love of nature and the flora and fauna of the North Kent marshes where she lives.

She likes to use the structures and textures found in natural forms juxtaposed with textures from found objects to produce an unusual but affordable range of work that is both decorative and functional. She uses fine porcelain clays which reflect the delicacy of the textures and soft colours and use underglaze colours and coloured clays to enhance shape, texture and form.

She is also developing a new grey and black collection of vases.
