Suzie Lee is an independent designer-maker based in rural Kent, she studied Fashion Textile Design at the University of Brighton from 2004-2008, when the Suzie Lee knitwear label was launched.

Suzie specialises in hand and machine knit and crochet, which she uses to create beautifully feminine tactile pieces, combining modern lines with traditional techniques.

Suzie works from her farmhouse studio, where she is responsible for the design and hand-crafting of her collections including; womenswear and accessories. The frilly collar scarf is new for this year!

Suzie’s first collection was inspired by flamingo’s, roses and the white rabbit from the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ production at the English National Ballet. Subsequent collections have been influenced by the nature surrounding Suzie’s working environment, with natural fibres and comfort being paramount to the design process.

As an independent and professionally trained designer-maker Suzie provides an excellent and personal after care service to customers, she is happy to create bespoke pieces upon request. A Suzie Lee garment or accessory is skilfully hand crafted to the highest quality, each item is designed and lovingly made for longevity and the enjoyment of the owner.
